Had a great time with friends! We loved the views and the easy access to the nearby aquarium and zoo. The location is perfect for exploring. Just a heads-up, the trains do pass by, so if you're looking for a quiet stay, keep that in mind. Overall, we really enjoyed our trip and the amenities.
One downside was the noise from the music during New Year’s Eve.

I had a fantastic experience with the incredible bar/restaurant in the stunning atrium, and I enjoyed the refreshing breakfast options. The only downside was the soft pillows, but I’d absolutely come back!

The 25th floor offered spectacular city views that lit up beautifully at night. The glass elevators had a stunning panorama of the indoor pond and the vibrant atrium, creating a refreshing vibe as you moved through the hotel.
Parking can be a hassle, with valet often full and no close self-parking options available, forcing guests to trek quite a distance late at night. The pool area left much to be desired. it was small and didn't match the enticing pictures advertised, while dining options felt overpriced for what was offered, especially room service. The air conditioning in my room struggled to maintain a consistent temperature, leading to a frustrating experience when trying to relax.

Lively atmosphere in the dining area with great happy hour specials. Train noise disrupted sleep quite a bit. Not ideal if you're sensitive to sound.

The 1 King Bed with City View offers a stunning cityscape that enhances the stay. The quick resolution of issues, like addressing a clogged toilet in minutes, showcases commendable service. The mattress quality is excellent for restful nights, and the area feels safe and well-maintained. However, navigating to the convention center was less than ideal due to misleading information about distances. Additionally, the cab experience raised safety concerns that detracted from the visit. Dining options were average, with no standout dishes.

It was just an optimal selection for a weekend stopover in Dallas with reasonable value. The staff was friendly and responsive, making the check-in experience efficient. Try to avoid rooms facing the atrium bar as they can get noisy at night.
